Braintree Recreation Hiring Lifeguards, Camp Counselors, More
Anyone 16 or older looking for a summer job is welcome to apply.
BRAINTREE, MA — The Braintree Recreation Department is looking for lifeguard camp counselors and other seasonal employees for summer 2022.
Applications will be accepted beginning 8:30 a.m., Monday, Jan. 3. The applications will be available in person at the Braintree Recreation office at 74 Pond Street or online. Applications will be accepted until 1 p.m., April 8.
Positions available for the summer include but are not limited to; counselors for day clinics and special needs clinics, counselors for organized play programs in neighborhood playgrounds, lifeguards (must have certification) for Sunset Lake, gate attendants for Sunset Lake and Petersen splash pad at Watson Park.

Preference for counselor positions will be given to returning employees, college students, and those graduating from high school in 2022. Lifeguards and gate attendants must be at least 16 and entering their junior year of high school in fall 2022.
