Braintree Resident Honory New England Revolution Captain for Autism Speaks

April was Autism Awareness Month.

Braintree resident Alex Legge served as honorary captain at the New England Revolution – Philadelphia Union game on Saturday, April 27.

Legge, a representative of Autism Speaks, and his cousin Matthew Connors took the Gillette Stadium field and participated in the coin toss ahead of the match.

The game marked the team’s first-ever Autism Awareness night and was held in partnership with Autism Speaks during Autism Awareness Month.
