Braintree Resident Input Wanted For Adams Street Business Park
The developer wants to build a 77,000-square-foot warehouse and a 50,000-square-foot office condominium building at Graziano Concrete.

BRAINTREE, MA — A developer has proposed constructing two large commercial buildings on Adam Street, and residents will have a chance to learn more about the project Thursday night during an informational meeting.
Developer George Lang, of Adams St. Enterprises LLC, wants to build a 77,000-square-foot warehouse/light manufacturing building and a 50,000-square-foot office condominium building at the site of the Graziano Concrete plant. The development would be called the Riverbend Business Park.
The application is expected to go before the planning board on Dec. 8, but prior to then, District 2 Town Councilor Steven Sciascia will host the informational meeting at 7:30 p.m., Thursday.

Previous discussions regarding the project are expected to be reviewed, and any new questions or concerns will be welcomed before the planning board meeting.
One of the biggest worries residents had is the development's potential impact on traffic. Brian Palmucci, a lawyer representing Lang, told the planning board in August that the project would increase traffic by less than 15 percent. Lang has also offered to update traffic lights at nearby intersections at Adams and Elm streets and Elm and Middle streets.
