Braintree Residents Turning Out for Early Voting

Early voting runs through Nov. 4.

BRAINTREE, MA — A good portion of residents in Braintree have take advantage of early voting, the president of the town council said.

Tuesday night, Council President Sean Powers said that he was told by Town Clerk James Casey that about 800 residents took advantage of early voting Monday, with Casey projecting that early voting will make up 30 percent of the total turnout.

Early voting runs for a few more days at Braintree Town Hall. If you can't make it to the polls next Tuesday, you have until Nov. 4 to vote early. The polls will be open from 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
