Braintree Rolls Out Condominium Owner Trash Sticker
Here's how Braintree condo owners can get one, and what the sticker allows you to do.

Condominium owners will have the opportunity to purchase a Trash Sticker for $75 ($50 for residents 65 and older) to be paid at the Treasurer’s Office at Braintree Town Hall. It is necessary to bring the vehicle’s registration that you will be using. A Trash Sticker will be issued with your license plate number written on it and must be adhered to the lower front portion of the driver’s side windshield of the vehicle.

The Trash Sticker also permits access to Sunset Lake Parking Lot, the Plain Street Compost Site for disposal of plants and miscellaneous yard waste and Household Hazardous Waste Disposal Events.
The Trash Sticker will allow you to purchase a One Load permit at Town Hall in the Treasurer’s Office for $30 (one-time use) to dispose of more than three bags of trash. Included may be rugs cut into three-foot lengths, small furniture & small appliances. We are unable to accept mattresses/box springs, hazardous waste (see website for event dates), paint, TV’s, computer screens, construction material of any kind, windows, toilets or large appliances.
