Braintree Town Hall Lights up Blue for Autism Awareness as Day Officially Declared
Autism Speaks, the world's leading organization dedicated to funding research into the causes, prevention, treatments, cures and awareness of autism spectrum disorders, is the driving force behind this celebration.
Dozens of Braintree residents gathered at on Monday evening to celebrate Autism Awareness Day both globally and locally with an official proclamation by Mayor Joseph Sullivan and a blue bulb lighting in the building's front windows.
