BRAINTREE, MA — A Braintree woman was arrested Monday after breaking into her neighbor's home and biting him, according to police. Karis Thorensen, 37, was charged with assault and battery causing serious bodily injury and breaking and entering in the day time.
Around 6:30 p.m., police were called to an apartment building at Weston Court. Police told the Patriot Ledger Thorensen had knocked on her neighbor's door, but when he didn't answer, she used keys she took from him to get inside. The man asked for his keys back, but Thorensen refused to return them and left, police said. Police said the man followed her, which led to Thorensen jumping on top of him and biting him.
