Braintree Woman Wins $1 Million Lottery Prize
She plans to use her winnings for a new car, and a Disney vacation for her family.
BRAINTREE, MA — A Braintree woman recently won a $1 million jackpot on a pricey scratch ticket.
Resident Ann Marie Burke scratched the grand prize on a "Million" $30 scratch ticket. She's opting to take the prize in the form of a one-time, $650,000 pre-tax payment.
Burke bought the ticket at Braintree Market, 978 Liberty St. The store will get a $10,000 payment for selling the winning scratcher.

Burke will use the money to buy a car and take her family on a trip to Disney World in Florida, according to lottery officials.
