Breaking And Entering, Shoplifting: Braintree Arrest Log

The following is from the Braintree Police Log. Arrests and charges mentioned don't imply conviction:

Nov. 24

12: 53 p.m. - Joseph Dillon, 60, was arrested on Granite Street and charged with receiving stolen property worth $1,200 and shoplifting. This was Dillon's third shoplifting-related arrest.

Nov. 25

12:38 p.m. - David Rakes, 29, was arrested on Washington Street and charged with breaking and entering, shoplifting, and possession of a class A substance.

Nov. 27

4:25 a.m. - Edward Lyman, 56, was arrested on Cleveland Avenue and charged with an undisclosed firearm violation. Police had a warrant for Lyman's arrest.

10:41 p.m. - Yasmin Almeida-Magalhaes was arrested on Granite Street and charged with shoplifting. Police said she stole $250 worth of merchandise.
