The Braintree High School Field Hockey team continued their historic season with a 3-0 victory over the visiting Ursuline Bears at BHS Alumni Stadium. With the victory, the Wamps improved to 10-3-3 overall.  The Wamps were led by senior captain Deirdre Burchill who netted 3 goals to continue her assault on the BHS all-time scoring record.   Monday Night's Senior Night honored 10 members of the BHS Class of 2017:  <ul><li>Julia Vaillancourt #1 - defense</li><li>Anna Kate Sullivan #3 - forward</li><li>Ally Summers #5 - defense</li><li>Annie Lee #9 - midfield</li><li>Felicia McDevitt #10 - midfield</li><li>Gabby Jones #12 - defense</li><li>Deirdre Burchill #16 - forward</li><li>Madi Calderara #17 - forward</li><li>Emma DeCoste #21 - defense </li><li>Alyssa Redington #23 - defense</li></ul>This season the Wamps qualified for the MIAA State Tournament for the first time in school history.
