Several Homes Lose Power In Braintree After Car Strikes Pole
The Electric Light Department said several houses on Granite and adjacent streets lost power, and its working restore it.
BRAINTREE, MA — Granite Street was closed and several homes lost power after a car crashed into a utility pole on Wednesday.
Granite Street was closed between 5 Corners and the South Shore Plaza, police said. The Electric Light Department said several houses on Granite and adjacent streets lost power, and the town's utility company worked to restore their power.
We are aware of an outage in the areas surrounding Addison, Blossom, Burton, Davis, Eleanor, Granite, Rex and West. Service will be restored as soon as possible. Please don't call the @BraintreePolice to report an electrical outage, Only contact them in case of an emergency.
