Coronavirus: Braintree Mayor Creates Community Task Force
Mayor Charles Kokoros created the Braintree Community Task Force to help residents in need as the new coronavirus spreads.

BRAINTREE, MA — Mayor Charles Kokoros has created a community task force to help residents get resources they may need as the new coronavirus spreads.
This group of volunteers will coordinate their efforts through the Marge Crispin Center to provide resources to residents in the community who may need assistance. Additionally, the task force will make every effort to assist Braintree's small business community, Kokoros said.
Kokoros said over the years, these volunteers have helped with food drives, toy drives, the annual Fourth of July celebration and many other charitable events. He said they are well-suited to assist the small business community during this unprecedented time.
