Eight Fights Over Two Days at Brockton High School
A total of 16 students have been suspended.

BROCKTON, MA — A noticeable uptick in violence at Brockton High School has parents demanding answers from school officials.
Thursday and Friday, at least eight fights broke out at the school, according to the Enterprise. As of Saturday morning, eight students have been arrested and 16 have been suspended.
Now some parents are demanding answers and say that the school lied to them about the fights. Parents told the Enterprise that they were given false information about the fights and the school denied the Friday brawls. Brockton Public Schools spokeswoman Michele Bolton denied the accusation and said false info is not being given to parents.
