Election 2020 Results: Braintree Picks Biden, Markey, Cusack

BRAINTREE, MA — Unofficial results from the Nov. 3 election in Braintree show town voters overwhelmingly siding with Democratic candidates in races ranging from president to state representative.
Turnout hit 78 percent in Braintree, slightly higher than the 75.4 percent who turned out in the 2016 presidential election.
Apart from the presidential race, Braintree voters were choosing sides in two statewide ballot questions, a U.S. Senate race and the 5th Norfolk District race for state representative between Rep. Mark Cusack (D-Braintree), and Republican challenger Frank Collins.
