First Party-in-the-Park of the Summer at Highlands School Wednesday Evening

Mayor Joseph C. Sullivan and the Braintree Recreation Department are hosting this summer’s first of three Parties-in-the Parks.

On Wednesday evening, July 11, we will be visiting the  Playground, located on Wildwood Avenue, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

The grills will be heated for free hot dogs, hamburgers, chips, snacks and beverages. Our DJ will play the music. There will be group games, activities and fun for all. It’s all free and it will be a great neighborhood/family cookout. Please join us.

The next two Parties-in-the-Parks with take place on July 25 at Penniman Park, located on Cleveland Avenue next to Elder Affairs Center, and on July 31 at . The Party-in-the-Park at Sunset Lake is also part of our outdoor Sunset Concert Series that will feature live musical entertainment of the Heritage House Blues Band.
