Gardeners’ Guild of Braintree Holiday House Tour and Boutique to be held on December 4, 2016.
This is the 41st year that the Guild will offer what has become one of the annual local events that opens Braintree's Holiday season.

On Sunday, December 4, 2016 Guild members will transform the beautiful unique 'Monticello' inspired home, designed by the owners Frank & Christy Marinelli, at 1 Marinelli Court into a vision of Christmas. “An Artistically Classic Holiday” will be showcased from 1:00 to 5:00 pm. Both Frank and Christy are artists and exhibit their paintings within the home. As in past seasons, the style, colors and unique décor of the home influences the choice of theme and color that is used to decorate both inside and outside the Marinelli home.
The architecture of the house is a neoclassical rendition of “Monticello” with its atrium style foyer and many balconies and decks off of most rooms. The Gardeners' Guild of Braintree will be decorating 10 rooms in keeping with our theme, from the Grand Foyer to the elegant Dining Room this home will inspire us to bring our 'magical holiday decorating skills' to this beautiful home.
The Gardeners’ Guild of Braintree Holiday House Tour will provide a free van shuttle (due to limited parking on Middle St. & Marinelli Court) from the Braintree Senior Center, 71 Cleveland Ave. to Marinelli Court and back to Senior Center, every 15 minutes from 1-5pm.

All funds raised benefit various Braintree community projects such as the $1000 annual scholarships for graduating Braintree High School seniors, donations of books to the Braintree Public Schools (40 books donated this year) and various Pond Meadow Park programs including scholarships for summer camp. The funds raised also help support the beautification displays during the summer at various parks and sites, as well as plant donations and maintenance at the Library, the Thayer House Herb Gardens, the Marge Crispin senior center, Braintree department of elder affairs and Hospice.
