Group Accused Of Stealing From Teen Outside South Shore Plaza

A Dorchester man and two teens from Dedham and Dorchester stole a Quincy teen's phone at the South Shore Plaza, police said.

BRAINTREE, MA — A group including one adult and two teens is accused of stealing from a teenager at the bus stop outside the South Shore Plaza Monday. The group consisting of Keshaun Quaran Wilkie, 20, of Dorchester, a 16-year-old Dedham boy, and a 15-year-old Dorchester girl, cornered a Quincy teen and stole a cellphone, Deputy Police Chief Sean Lydon said.

Police said the suspects were not armed, and the Quincy teen was not hurt.

During booking, police said they found a class A substance on Wilkie. He was charged with unarmed robbery and possession of a class A substance. The juvenile suspects were charged with unarmed robbery.
