BRAINTREE, MA — A new ice cream shop with 200 flavors is coming to Union Street in the near future.  Tuesday, the Board of Licensing Commissioners approved a common victualler license for Daddy's Dairy, to be located at 120 Union St. The store is operated by John Minihan.    "We're glad to be in Braintree. We're looking forward to opening and being a part of the community," Minihan told the board.    The location will be the fourth for Daddy's Dairy. They operate in Stoughton, Randolph, and Brockton. The Braintree location will occupy the building that was formerly home to Boston Food Shops and Deli.    No date is set for the grand opening but Minihan is hoping to complete work on the building by September.
