UPDATE: Kung Fu Panda 2 Braintree Family Movie Night Moved Inside to Town Hall

UPDATE: Because of rain, the movie will be held at Braintree Town Hall at 8:15pm with doors opening at 7:30 p.m.There will be a “buck-a-buy” concession stand selling soft drinks and snacks. However, there will be no pre-movie entertainment.

On Wednesday evening, August 1st, Mayor Joseph C. Sullivan and the Braintree Recreation and Community Events Department will be hosting a free “Family Movie Night” featuring “Kung Fu Panda 2.” 

The movie night, sponsored by (BELD), will be held at Carson Soccer Field. The movie will begin at about 8:15 p.m. Residents are asked to bring a folding lawn chair or a blanket and mosquito repellent.

There will be a “buck-a-buy concession stand selling hot dogs, soft drinks and snacks before and during the movie. There will also be pre-movie entertainment provided by Crystal Entertainment Services featuring a moonwalk and assorted games with prizes beginning at 6 p.m.
