Man Killed by MBTA Train in Holbrook
A 23-year-old male was struck by a commuter rail train.
HOLBROOK, MA - Police have confirmed that a male was fatally struck by a train in Holbrook.
At about 8:30 p.m. Sunday night, MBTA transit police received a report of a man who was possibly struck by a commuter rail train. According to a police investigation, a 23-year-old male near Union Street was hit by a train while trespassing on the inbound track.
The male was pronounced dead as a result of injuries sustained, according to transit police.

Transit police detectives and representatives from the Norfolk County District Attorney's office are currently investigating the incident. Foul play is not suspected.
