Planning Board Approves New Quirk Dealership

The site plan for a new Dan Quirk auto dealership on Quincy Avenue has been approved by the planning board.

The board voted 4-0 Tuesday night to approve the plan for a 53,000-square-foot building with parking for over 600 for-sale vehicles according to the Patriot Ledger. The building is located across from Quirk Chevrolet and will replace a junk yard.

Work has begun on the site, with Quirk repaving the property and installing a drainage system.

It is unknown when building construction will begin or what brand of vehicles the dealership will sell.
