BRAINTREE, MA — Light repairs and a heating system that works are just two of the repairs planned for the Skyline Drive apartment complex.

David Lane, who works with one of the two ownership groups, told the Patriot Ledger issues between the two groups have been resolved and was blocking repairs.

Lane met with Mayor Joseph Sullivan Tuesday and was in Quincy District Court for a hearing Wednesday. The court action could result in the state taking the property with the case expected to return to court Dec. 11.
