Ringius Picks Up Norfolk County Labor Council AFL-CIO Endorsement

The Committee To Elect David M. Ringius, Jr. has is pleased to announce that the Norfolk County Labor Council AFL-CIO has endorsed Mr. Ringius’ candidacy for election as Braintree’s next District 5 Town Councilor.
President Robert Rizzi and Secretary/Treasurer Jim Howard write, “One of the prime factors in the NCCLCs recommendation of endorsement was your commitment to the issues that affect Organized Labor and all of working men and women in Massachusetts.” President Rizzi and Treasurer/Secretary Howard continue, “We look forward to working with [Mr. Ringius] in the creation of jobs and in any other areas that will better the lives and working conditions of all the men and women in Organized Labor.”

In previously announcing his candidacy for the District 5 seat, Mr. Ringius said, “As the District 5 Councilor, I would strive to be mindful of the proud history and tradition of Braintree, while pushing our town forward in terms of positive growth and diversification of our local economy, all the while enhancing the safety of our town, and making our community one that we can all continue to be proud to call our home.” He continues, “As we seek to attract new businesses, effectuate positive growth, and address the infrastructure within our town, it is important to work with the skilled tradesmen and women within organized labor to ensure projects are done cost effectively, completed on schedule, and done the right way the first time.”
