Simon and South Shore Plaza Welcome New Guest Services Manager

Michelle Makein has been appointed as the new Guest Services Manager at South Shore Plaza

Simon Property Group Inc., the largest developer and owner of shopping malls in America, announced today that Michelle Makein has been appointed as the new Guest Services Manager at South Shore Plaza.

In her role as Guest Services Manager, Makein will supervise all of the Simon customer service programs, including the management of the property’s corporate and personal Simon gift card program, mobile shopping applications, handle guest requests and concerns promptly and with exceptional customer service, and will work with local businesses to develop partnership opportunities. Makein will also be responsible for training all new Guest Services representatives.

Makein joins Simon and the South Shore Plaza team with extensive retail experience having worked at South Shore Plaza for eight years in retail. Her most recent role was an Assistant Store Manager at G By GUESS at South Shore Plaza. She resides in Abington, MA.
