South Shore Plaza Offering Personal Touch with 'Surprise & Delight' This Shopping Season

South Shore Plaza’s goal this holiday season is to make each shoppers mall experience even more rewarding and enjoyable. South Shore Plaza will be adding a personal touch this season to “surprise and delight” holiday shoppers now – Christmas Eve.

Shoppers should be on the lookout for mall management staff that is eager to thank shoppers for shopping at the mall and may even give a holiday treat without warning. These gifts vary- holiday revelers could find themselves with gift certificates, a voucher for free coffee, a coupon for a free appetizer at a mall restaurant, candy to satisfy that sweet tooth, store specials and more! Mall staff is also distributing  $5 Dunkin' Donut cards to our customers that have been busy shopping.

Friendly mall staff will be stationed near directories during holiday weekends and Christmas Eve ready to give directions, answer questions, and distribute the popular “Retailer Showcase” with the mall’s best holiday offers and deals. The holiday greeters are available every Friday, Saturday and Sunday between now and Christmas Eve.

South Shore Plaza also offers the Holiday Helper Program. A security staff member is stationed at the main entrance opening doors for shoppers, welcoming them to the Plaza and offering assistance to shopper’s carring shopping bags.
