South Shore Plaza Participating In Back To School Supply Drive

BRAINTREE, MA — The South Shore Plaza announced plans to help underprivileged students and teachers throughout New England get back to school supplies they need before the classrooms open again in the fall. As part of the Supporting Our Schools Initiative, the mall said its giving the community a chance to donate school supplies from July 10 to August 11.

The drop of location is located on the first floor near Kay Jewelers. The following items were suggested but not limited to:

• Backpacks and lunch boxes (new or gently used)
• Pencils, pens, markers, crayons, highlighters, etc.
• Rulers
• Notebooks, notebook paper, construction paper, computer paper, etc.
• Binders
• Stickers
• Post-It Notes
• Pencil cases, small storage containers, etc.
• Clothing, shoes, accessories (new or gently used)
