Stoughton Woman Charged with Drugged Driving, Found in Braintree Asleep at Wheel: Police

A Stoughton woman faces multiple charges after police allegedly found her asleep behind the wheel.

Crystal M. Starobin, 25, of Stoughton, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of drugs and possession of heroin with intent to distribute, according to the Patriot Ledger.

Early Friday morning, an officer allegedly found Starobin sleeping behind the wheel of a car at the intersection of Union and Ivory Streets.

When police opened the door and woke Starobin up, they allegedly smelled marijuana and made observations that led them to believe that Starobin was under the influence.

A bag containing what is believed to be heroin was discovered in the car.
