Teens Charged in Braintree Break-in

Two boys were arrested early Friday morning.

BRAINTREE, MA - Two 16-year-old boys will be charged in connection to a break-in that allegedly took place early Friday morning.

Around 2 a.m., a neighbor told police that he saw two men running through his backyard with a television set, according to WATD. Police determined that three TVs, video games, a pocket book, jewelry and other items were missing from the home.

After a neighborhood boy was identified as a suspect, the boy's father gave permission to police to search his home. Inside, officers found some of the missing items.

The boys, whose names are not being released due to their age, will be charged with burglary and malicious damage to property.
