THANK YOU

Dear Voters and Friends,

The past few months have been exciting and informative as I criss-crossed Braintree, saying hello to old faces and introducing myself to new ones.  I enjoyed the conversation, thoughts, and concerns that were shared with me along the way.  Last night, in culmination of this time, I was Re-Elected to the Braintree School Committee.  There are many thoughts and emotions as I look forward, but perhaps the most important stands out: Thank You!

I owe thanks to so many, for your support, for your ideas, for offering me water as I door knocked on hot August days.  So many of you stepped up to help me through E-mails, Facebook postings, Sign Holdings, and just using word-of-mouth to spread information about my campaign.  To all of you, I am thankful!

Specifically, I have to thank my family, because as always family and friends are the backbone of any successful venture.  To my parents, Dave and Margaret, for trucking from polling place to polling place in the cold, and just generally putting up with me over the years.  To my brother Adam and sister Leanne for always being there, and taking their time to stand with me in various adventures and capers over the years.  To Kim for picking up the slack when I have to attend meetings, candidates nights, and other functions, and providing a safety net for me to always fall back on.  To my Uncle Dennis, for once again, standing in the cold and holding yet another sign to advance this campaign.  To my kids, Ari and Autumn, and my nephew, A.J., for being the cutest supporters any candidate could ask for, and constantly keeping the rest of us smiling.  Without all of these people, I would be nowhere close to who I am today, and I am eternally grateful for their presence in my life.

Finally, thank you to all the voters who came out and cast their ballot for me.  Your time, your consideration, is why I will be once again moving forward as a proud member of the Braintree School Committee.  I will strive to fulfill all of your expectations, to be a strong voice for you, a strong voice for our children!

I look forward to the coming years, and working with the School Committee and administration to continue to bolster and support our wonderful School System.

Once again, from the bottom of my heart, Thank You!

Sincerely,

Dave Ringius, Jr.
