The Arc of the South Shore is Hosting a 60th Anniversary Dance in April

The Arc of the South Shore is a family-oriented, community-based non-profit agency, which believes that all individuals have the right to participate fully in their community.

This yea's Arc of the South Shore Dance marks the 60th anniversary of the advocacy and service program and will be held on Saturday, April 14 at Lombardo's in Randolph.  

The theme for this year's gala is "A Night of Stars and Diamonds." Social hour begins at 6 p.m., dinner at 7 p.m., followed by performances, dancing and silent auction.

Arc of the South Shore was founded in 1951, is based in Weymouth and serves communities throughout the area, including Braintree. The nonprofit "is guided by a mission to provide the highest quality services and advocacy for children and adults with cognitive, physical, and other intellectual and developmental disabilities."
