UNDISPUTED: Major Polls Rank Braintree Girls' Basketball Number 1
Braintree was ranked as the top girls' basketball team in the state by ESPN Boston, the Globe, and the Herald.
Coming as a surprise to very few people, Braintree is the top girls’ basketball team in Massachusetts according to the three major high school polls in the state.
Releasing their final polls of the season, ESPN Boston, the Boston Globe, and the Boston Herald all ranked the Wamps in the top spot.
In their poll, ESPN Boston said the success of Braintree has them wondering where they stand among the best teams in state history,

Undefeated in state play for two years, the Wamps finished the season as Division 1 champions with a record of 26-0.
