WATCH: Walk Off Single Gives Braintree Baseball Back to Back Super 8 Titles
The Wamps beat St. John's Prep 3-2.

Braintree, MA - For the second year in a row, Braintree High School has the best baseball team in the state. Sunday night, the Wamps beat St. John's Prep 3-2 to win the MIAA Division 1A championship and the Super 8 tournament.
The Wamps entered the bottom of the seventh down 2-0, but went into the eight inning with the lead cut in half.

The Wamps successfully completed their title defense with an Alex Kennedy walk off single, to once again win the title against St. John's Prep.
