Where to See Fourth of July Fireworks Near Braintree

Braintree, MA — Braintree may have already celebrated Fourth of July but there's still plenty to do in the area this weekend.

Across the area, communities will be celebrating the holiday with festivals, live music, fireworks, and more. Below is a list of where to see fireworks and more near Braintree.

WEYMOUTH

The Weymouth Fourth of July fireworks will take place on July 3 at 9:15 p.m. at the barge off Wessagusset Beach.

The event starts at 5 p.m. will feature musical groups, games for children and concession stands featuring a wide array of food choices before the fireworks.

There will be a free shuttle service from the McCulloch Building/Whipple Senior Center, 182 Green Street, starting at 5 p.m. Return trips will start after the fireworks end.

HINGHAM

The Hingham Lions will host the annual Fourth of July fireworks at Bathing Beach. The display is scheduled for July 2 at 8 p.m.

STOUGHTON

The festivities on July 3 start at 5 p.m. at Stoughton High School. Enjoy carnival rides, food, rock and roll racing, and live music from Ronny Lewis and the Expedition. The fireworks start at 9:30 p.m. The event runs from 5 to 10:30 p.m.

CANTON

On July 4 at 6 p.m., the Irish Cultural Cenre becomes the site for the celebration and fireworks. Inflatables, face painting, and airbrush tattoos will be available for the kids and live music featuring Classic Trax starts at 7 p.m. The fireworks start at 9 p.m.
