BROCKTON, MA — Three homicide suspects have been added to the Massachusetts State Police Department's list of "most wanted" fugitives. Two of the suspects are accused of shootings in Brockton, and one is accused of a shooting in Taunton.

Luis Soto, 33, is wanted on allegations that he shot two men, killing one, in a Dollar Tree store in Brockton in January. Soto is a former employee of the store. A police investigation found evidence that suggested Soto entered the store Jan. 31 armed with a handgun and fired 16 shots.

Both victims were transported to a local hospital. Dongbin Pyon, 38, of East Boston, died due to his injuries from multiple gunshot wounds.

Soto is also wanted on an unrelated warrant issued out of Salem District Court for violating an abuse protection order.

The second homicide suspect is Jerome Fordham, who is accused of fatally shooting a man in Taunton. Police responded to a 911 call Nov. 6 reporting a man on the ground bleeding profusely at the corner of Myrtle and Mason streets.

The victim, Ross Copeland, 38, of Raynham, was transported to Morton Hospital and did not survive his injuries. Fordham and Copeland were traveling in a vehicle together when a fight occurred that led to Fordham shooting Copeland, according to state police. Fordham has ties to Rhode Island and South Carolina.

The third suspect is David Lynch, 24, who is accused of fatally shooting a man. Police responded Nov. 2 on a report of shots fired on West Park Street. They arrived to find John Abreu Junior DePina, 26, suffering from gunshot wounds. He later died due to his injuries.

An investigation found that the victim approached Lynch's vehicle, a dispute occurred, then Lynch shot the man and fled.

Lynch is also wanted on five additional warrants for various firearms and narcotics charges issued out of Plymouth and Norfolk Superior courts and Stoughton District Court. Lynch has ties outside of Brockton to Abington, Canton, and Weymouth.

All three suspects should be considered armed and dangerous, according to state police. All three will be charged with murder and related crimes.

“Each of these suspects, according to evidence meticulously gathered by State Police and local detectives, committed the ultimate crime of taking the life of another,” Massachusetts State Police Interim Colonel John Mawn Jr. said in a statement. “Our Violent Fugitive Apprehension Section is working to track them wherever they try to run or hide, so that we may speak for their victims.”

More information and photos of the suspects are available on the Massachusetts State Police Facebook page.
