BROCKTON, MA — A 3-year-old boy was shot following a peace rally at City Hall, police said.  At about 1 p.m., police began to block off Bartlett Street from Fuller to Brook Streets. The boy was shot in the leg after a bullet entered the home he was in, <a href="http://www.wickedlocal.com/news/20161105/3-year-old-boy-grazed-by-bullet-during-brockton-gunfire" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">according to the Enterprise.</a>    About 10 spent slugs and shell casings have been found on the ground.
