Around 8:30 p.m., Brockton Police Capt. Mark Porcaro, who was patrolling downtown, saw an Audi A4 crash into a city-owned building at 28 Fredrick Douglass Avenue.
Porcaro acted fast and got the driver the driver, Abraham Belice, 18, and his 18-year-old passenger out of the car moments before it burst into flames. Both occupants were taken to Good Samaritan Medical Center in Brockton after suffering minor injuries.
