Brockton Man Faces New Charges A Year After Trafficking Charges
Morales was previously arrested after police said he was selling cocaine out of the same house on Newbury Street.

BROCKTON, MA — A man accused in April 2017 of selling cocaine faces new charges after police said they raided his apartment Monday morning and found oxycodone.
Brockton narcotics detectives executed a search warrant around 7:40 a.m., and arrested Reinaldo Morales, 52, at his Newbury Street home.
Police said they found 2.6 grams of a white powered substance, which later tested positive for oxycodone. State police and a Brockton Police gang unit also assisted in Monday's raid.

Morales was scheduled for arraignment Monday on the new possession charge. This will be added to his previous 2017 charges, which are still ongoing. Morales was previously arrested after police said he was selling cocaine out of the same house on Newbury Street. Police said they seized 15 bags of cocaine, a cutting agent used to dilute cocaine, drug paraphernalia and over $6,200 in cash.
