Hearing For Accused Marshfield Killer Postponed A Second Time
Warner was on the run for almost 24 hours, but police caught him in Whitman after crashing a stolen truck into Dunkin Donuts drive-thru.

MARSHFIELD, MA — A man accused of killing his estranged wife last month had his pre-trial hearing rescheduled for a second time.
Allen Warner, 47, of Marhsfield was supposed to appear in Plymouth District Court Wednesday, but will most likely remain at Bridgewater State Hospital for another six weeks until a hearing is rescheduled for sometime in mid-December, Warner's attorney Drew Segadelli told the Patriot Ledger. He said Warner is still undergoing psychological evaluation.
Police said Warner, 47, stalked and killed his estranged wife, Shana Warner.

One witness told police that he saw Warner approach Shana Warner's car before hearing a gunshot. The witness began following the car, which he said was being driven erratically.
Another witness said she heard a women yell, "help, help help." She said she saw Shana Warner walk away from Allen Warner's vehicle before she was struck and dragged across the ground.

Shana Warner's body had wounds, lacerations, bruises, abrasions and several cuts. The medical examiner who performed an autopsy on her body found an exit wound from a bullet, an entrance wound with small fragments of a bullet, and multiple stab wounds.
