Brookline Police Looking To Identify Possible Package Thieves

Police say the theft took place less than one week ago.

BROOKLINE, MA — The police department is looking to identify two people it believes were involved in a package theft that took place earlier this month.

The pair was captured on surveillance footage on Wednesday, June 17 while the reported crime was taking place. According to police, the first person is described as a man with a thin build. He was wearing a black mask that covered most of his face, a black t-shirt, ripped blue jeans, and black sneakers.

The second man has a medium build and was also wearing a black mask and t-shirt. He was also wearing gray sweatpants, and brown clog shoes. He was seen operating a moped.

Community members with relevant information are being asked to contact detectives at 617-730-2244. The department did not reveal the specific location where the incident took place.
