BROOKLINE, MA — Brookline will collect Christmas trees at the curb for five weeks in 2021 and 2022.

Residents can put trees out at the curb for collection from Dec. 27 to Jan. 31 on regular trash and recycling days. The city will only collect organic, bare trees - all decorations must be removed - and do not place your tree in a plastic bag.

In addition, do not place your tree out earlier than your collection day or you could be subject to a fine.
