Brookline Events During National Public Health Week

National Public Health Week begins on Monday, April 4 and runs through Sunday, April 10.

BROOKLINE, MA — The Brookline Department of Public Health has announced virtual events that will take place in the town as part of National Public Health Week, which begins on Monday, April 4 and runs through Sunday, April 10.

Monday, April 4 at 6 p.m. Public Health and the Public Good: Bolstering Brookline for the Future. A Virtual Community Conversation.

Moderated by Chris Chanyasulkit, PhD, incoming President of the American Public Health Association. Presenters: Sandro Galea, MD, MPH, DrPH; Dean, Boston University School of Public Health; Giselle Ferro Puigbo, JD, Executive Director, Brookline Community Foundation; Kimberley Richardson, MSW, Brookline activist; and Irving Allen, MD., retired psychiatrist, , Commission on Diversity, Inclusion and Community Relations. How to bring mindfulness into everyday life led by Brookline resident, Jeannine Schroder, founder of Moment2Moment.
