Brookline Teen On Mushrooms Jumps From Window As Students Are Targeted In Drug Deals
Police said the dealer who goes by Niko targeted "underaged teens" with students caught with "many of these items" at Brookline High.

BROOKLINE, MA — A Brookline teen who bought illegal "magic mushrooms" from an accused local drug dealer suffered severe injuries when he became disoriented and jumped from a sixth-story window, according to Brookline police.
Police said the drugs came from a dealer identified as "Niko" who they said "took particular interest in selling drugs to underage teens" with students at Brookline High School found to have "many of these items" originating from the suspect.
Police said the 22-year-old suspect, who was not identified by his full name, was arrested and charged. But they are warning parents to be on the lookout for items that appear to be candy and could be drugs bought at local marijuana dispensaries and then sold to teenagers.

"Niko allegedly bought products legally," police said, "however, they are not suitable for kids.
"If you see some of these items in your teen's room don't dismiss it as typical harmless pocket junk. Pay attention, and protect your kids from harmful substances."

Police said the suspect is thought to have "many teen customers."
"Although there is no way to know exactly how many he has had over the past several years," police said, "many kids (are) unwitting victims of his harmful chemicals and toxins."
