Father's Day Walk in Park set for June 17

 The Boston Red Sox will once again open Fenway Park for a Father’s Day “Walk in the Park,” presented by Bank of America, on Sunday, June 17 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. The 11th annual celebration of Father’s Day at Fenway Park gives fans the opportunity to walk around the warning track, sit inside the visitor and home dugouts, get autographs from Red Sox alumni, and participate in other family-friendly activities. The event is free. 

 

Fan can enter the ballpark at Gate C. Red Sox alumnus and former pitcher Bill Monbouquette will sign autographs from 10:30 a.m.-11:30 a.m., followed by former catcher Bob Montgomery from 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Both will meet fans in the Big Concourse area inside Gate C.

Wally the Green Monster will be on hand throughout the day, accompanied by a balloon artist, face painter and stilt walker. The World Series Trophies will also be available for pictures from 10 a.m. to 12 noon.

Ballpark concessions will be available. The event will take place rain or shine.
