Maria Orsatti and Isa Moss both score in Warriors win.

Brookline High field hockey head coach Kate Coleman said, "Today we started a new formation and shook things up a bit to get more aggressive and put the ball in the net."
Mission accomplished. The Warriors scored twice on goals by junior forward Maria Orsatti and senior forward Isa Moss in a stunning 2-0 win over visiting Newton South in non-conference action yesterday at drizzly Larz Anderson Park.

"It was successful with Natalie controlling the ball and bringing it up to the circle the majority of the game," Coleman said.
Once the ball was in the circle, the coach said, senior forward Zoe Hirsch "was after the ball, creating goals for her teammates."
Senior captains and midfielders Aliza Miller and Emma Murphy also responded well to the new look.
"They played outstanding. They played very aggressive and never gave up," Coleman said.
The coach also lauded junior goalie Meghan Zak, who "played great," while earning the shutout in net.
