Man Accused Of Indecent Exposure At Brookline Pool
Brookline police say they cited an older man for allegedly dropping his trunks on the deck of the Evelyn Kirrane Aquatic Center early Tues.

BROOKLINE, MA — An older man accused of dropping his trunks at the pool and inappropriately touching himself Tuesday is due in court on charges of open and gross conduct as police continue to investigate, according to Brookline Police.
The director of the Evelyn Kirrane Aquatic Center on Tappan Street reported that a patron saw another patron who is a Brookline resident inappropriately exposing himself earlier Tuesday at the pool.
The witness said that around 6:30 a.m. during his morning swim he saw an older white man in the swimming area standing by the pool wall facing the stands.

He said he later noticed that the older man had moved to the other end of the pool and was swimming. As the witness approached that end of the pool he saw that the older male’s swimming trunks were down around his knees, and he was inappropriately touching himself, according to police.
The swimmer notified the life guard and front desk staff about and when he returned the older man had already left the pool.

Police said they identified and contacted the older man.
