New Gun Charges In Brookline Attempted Home Invasion: Police
Police said the new charges were filed after 40 rounds of ammunition were found during a warrant search of the suspects' car.

BROOKLINE, MA — Additional gun charges were filed against two men suspected of trying to scale a Brookline home with a semi-automatic weapon in an apparent attempted burglary attempt this past weekend.
Brookline police said that on Sunday two men were charged after the owner of a home on Woodland Avenue reported seeing them on surveillance video trying to climb up the side of the house.
Police said Mounssif Fellahi and Akram Boudhan were both arrested at the scene and that a semi-automatic pistol was found on one of the suspects.

On Thursday, police said a warrant search of the car believed to have been used in the incident resulted in the seizure of four Glock 9mm magazines fully loaded with 10 rounds of ammunition in each and that additional gun charges were filed as a result.
Police said that as of Thursday Fellahi remained in custody on $10,000 bail and that a dangerousness hearing for Boudhan held in Brookline District Court found that he met the standard for conditions that include a $10,000 bail and house arrest with a GPS monitoring bracelet if he met conditions for bail.
