New President for Brookline Chamber of Commerce
George Drugas is the vice president of business banking for Brookline Bank.

The Brookline Chamber of Commerce announced the appointment of Board Members to serve as officers and directors for the one-year term beginning July 1st.
Stepping into the role of President is George Drugas, Vice President, Business Banking, for Brookline Bank, who served this past year as Senior Vice President. Lisa Wisel, owner of Vine Ripe Grill assumes the duties as Senior Vice President. CPA Doug Murstein is continuing in his role as Treasurer and Christopher Shannon remains Vice President of Legal Affairs. The newly-appointed Secretary is Meredith Mooney, who holds the position of Legislative Liaison for the Office of Government & Community Affairs at Boston University.
Area Vice President positions include Arnie Schaffer (Godes, Schaffer & Co.) in Chestnut Hill and Putterham, Nick Mallia (Paris Creperie) and Lisa Clark (Brookline Bank) in Coolidge Corner and Michael Canney (People Federal Savings Bank) in Brookline Village. Outgoing President, Fran Berger (UMass Boston), assumes the role of Chairman of the Board.
Renewing their commitment to the Chamber Board are: Avi Liss (Liss Law), Beth Darman Stone (Clairrstone Communications), Captain Michael Gropman, Chobee Hoy (Chobee Hoy Associates), Cliff Brown (EDAB representative), Richard Leary (former Town Administrator), Elaine Joseph (Bank of Canton), Elias Audy (Cypress Automart and Audy’s Mobil), Ginny Mazur (Goddard House), Martha Huntley (Room for Change / We Gush) R. Harvey Bravman (BrooklineHub.com), and Roger Lipson, Esquire. Two new additions to the Board are David Reznikow of the Regus Group and Rohan Mehta of The Mehta Group/Amerprise Financial.
