Report Of A Rifle In Truck Leads To Arrest In Brookline: Police
Here's a look at three arrests Brookline officers made in the past week in town.

BROOKLINE, MA — In the past week police arrested three people including a patient at a local health care facility who reportedly had a rifle in her car.
Warrant Arrest: Police arrested Gary Saint-Pierre, 30, of East Boston, on Jan. 8, and charged him at 3 p.m. on a warrant out of East Boston District Court for possession of class B drugs. He also had a warrant out of Worcester District Court for assault and battery on a person older than 60 years old or a disabled person and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. Police said they arrested him as he was being discharged from a facility in Brookline on South Street.
Gun in truck: Police arrested Christine Kelly, 41, of Framingham, on Winslow Road Jan. 10 and charged her at 1:54 p.m. with possession of an illegal firearm or rifle. Police confiscated a Remington sport master 341-P 22 long rifle from the passenger side of a red Ford pickup truck registered to Kelly and parked on Winslow Road. According to police the barrel of a rifle was visible from the window, and they were alerted to the gun by employees of a health care facility on Babcock Street. Police said the hunting-style rifle was not loaded and no ammunition was found in the truck.

Investigation Arrest: Police arrested Willie Perretti, 59, of Roxbury, on Jan. 10, at 5: p.m. in connection with an investigation into a stolen credit card. Police said they arrested him in Boston confiscated drugs they believed to be cocaine and a glass pipe used for smoking cocaine.
