Run With Team Brookline in Next Year's Boston Marathon
The team has opened up applications for the 2017 run. Selection will begin in early October.

BROOKLINE, MA – Team Brookline is recruiting for the 2017 Boston Marathon and will accept applications until the end of September.
The team evaluates runners based on their commitment to the causes represented by its charities, dedication to fundraising and past running experience. As there are a limited number of spaces on Team Brookline, it chooses runners based on who would be the best fit.
The team puts an emphasis on fundraising and strongly encourages applicants to spend time outlining a fundraising plan prior to applying.

Applications take about 20 to 30 minutes to complete and are due by September 30. Team selection will be finalized in early October, and runners will be notified of their status by October 17; runners who have not been accepted will be added to a wait list in the event a team member drops out.
Those interested must pay a $25 application fee, and accepted runners will make an additional $100 donation to launch their fundraising efforts. Individual runners are responsible for paying the $350 marathon entry fee.
