Want to Coach Soccer? Newbury College is Hiring

The Brookline school is looking for an experienced assistant coach for the men's program.

BROOKLINE, MA – Attention Brookline residents with a golden foot - Newbury College is currently accepting applications for a part-time assistant men's soccer coach.

Under the direction of the head coach, the assistant coach will help run the men's soccer program at Newbury College.

Newbury College is a private four-year Division III NCAA institution in Brookline. According to HigherEd Jobs, the assistant coach will be expected to work within NCAA, NECC and Newbury College guidelines to help instruct and develop student-athletes; assist in decision-making during games; help to recruit; and handle administrative responsibilities associated with running a program, including fundraising

Qualifications:

• Must have demonstrated success in coaching soccer at the collegiate or high school level, and/or in a club setting.

•Excellent communication skills are also required.

• Bachelor's degree and previous recruiting experience is preferred.

• A DMV (Department of Motor Vehicles) check is required because you will be driving student-athletes to and from practice and during out-of-town travel.
